 Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Reservations

  • Our standard check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 12pm. We will try to facilitate early-arrivals and late-departures on your request, but we cannot guarantee this same. We will never charge for such services.

  • All guests must be registered with the front desk at the time of arrival.

  • All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking and also upon arrival.

  • All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details before their stay.

  • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Only the guests who have registered are allowed at the property.

  • We accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Google pay, Phonepe may be used to settle the account upon departure.

 

Illicit Activity

  • The homestay reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of involvement in any illicit activity and will report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities if necessary.

  • The management reserves the right to enter any area of the homestay including guestrooms, should there be a reason for suspicion of illegal activity or if we suspect other guests, our staff, or property, are at risk.

  • The management reserves the right to enter a room in the event of an emergency or if suspected illegal activity is taking place.

 

Conduct

  • All guests are expected to exhibit appropriate civil conduct while inside Escape Spot and its grounds.

  • Disrupting the guests’ experience with inappropriate behavior including harassment, offensive or insulting language, public intoxication, or any other means deemed inappropriate by management will result in dismissal from the property in addition to paying for any charges the homestay incurs as a result of the disruption.

 

Privacy Policy

  • We are very much aware of your concerns about the privacy of your information. We have no desire or intent to infringe on your privacy and we will not provide your personal information to anyone else.

  • Your personal information such as name, address and contact details such as email address & telephone number will not be given or sold to any outside company for any use. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us.

  • We appreciate your confidence in us and promise that we take your privacy seriously.

 

Safes/Lost and Found/Personal Property

  • Please feel free to utilize the homestay safe to store any items of value. However, the homestay is not liable for the theft, loss, damage or destruction of the property except for gross negligence on the part of the homestay or its employees.

  • The Homestay will make every effort to retrieve and hold any items accidentally left behind for up to 30 days. After that period, the items remaining unclaimed are disposed of. The guest is responsible for the shipping cost and custom fees (where applicable) for the return of lost & found items.

  • Any items left in or next to the garbage bins are considered refuse and will be discarded. The homestay will not be responsible for items that appear to be for disposal.

 

Minimum Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years of age and provide valid identification in order to reserve a room and check in to our property.

 

Damage to the Room and Public Spaces

  • Any type of loss or damage to items in the room or any public space will result in a charge that will be at the discretion of management.

 

Non-Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is permitted only in the exterior areas of the villa / Homestay.

 

Housekeeping

  • We provide housekeeping services at any time that is convenient up to 2pm. Please alert the front desk, or our Housekeeping Supervisor, if you would like to schedule service at a particular time.

  • For the safety of our staff and guests, no occupied rooms will be serviced while guests are present.

  • 24 hrs the staff will be available at the property.

 

Room Service

  • Please refer the in-room dining menu provided.

 

Cancelation Policy

  • We are unable to offer a refund for long weekends and peak dates. For all other dates, if you want to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 7- days before your stay (except for service charges). Also, we offer a 50% refund (except service charges) if the cancellation is before 3 days from your reservation. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you cancel within three days of your stay
